So first off, I don’t have diabetes as far as I know but have never been tested. About an hour or so after breakfast, I start to get a headache. I get light headed, shaky and my face turns super pale and must sit down so I don’t fall. I have never fainted because of it. I get a heat flash and get confused and tired. I’m not sure if I have hypoglycemia or not. I think I do but I’m kinda scared to check it out. Any thoughts?
