Slow Weight Loss

Hello, I have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes for the past 2 years. I am a 56 year old asian lady. I take 500 mg of Metformin daily.

When I started the midication last year, my weight was 140kg. It is now 136kg and slowly reducing.

I have a healthy appetite and no side effects from the medication.

Does anyone know of a reason for my slow and steady weight loss?
