As i have not been sleeping for the past 6-8 weeks , i have decided to reverse my sleep patern,Its 12.35 am in the uk so i will stay up til around 3.30am , thats the time i usually get up , just to try some think different, doc gave me sleeping pills ( wast of time ) dont work.
so ill fill you all in if this is the way forward ,
Al, I don't have your problem, I have difficulty staying awake, esp. watching TV. But I did get some advice about relaxing which might help.
You should try to relax your body bit by bit. Start with the extremities and work inwards. So begin by deliberately relaxing feet and hands, then leg and arm muscles, gradually shutting down your whole body until you are fully relaxed.
