The Top Chef Masters show just concluded. The winning chefs charity was the Micheal J Fox Foundation. He won a total of $141,000.00 towards finding a cure. Chef Chris' Uncle John was diagnosed with Parkinsons 32 years ago and died last year.

What a great way he chose to honor his uncle!!!
