Parcopa

i take Parcopa for my morning meds.. It is carbidopa-levodopa but in an orally disintegrating tablet.. 25mg/100mg.. Sinemet in a different form.. Gives me a quicker start in the morning.. Into my system in 20 minutes

Yes it is available in the US.. I live in Ohio.. .. Schwarz Pharma.. Dissolves quickly on my tongue. I take 2 pills.. same dosage as my Sinemet

Im going to ask my neuro to give me an rx for it . I have a really tough time in the mornings going to a 9:00 dr. appointment about kills me..

Yes Goose, an early appointment about kills me too...I cant even function in the shower unless my meds are working so Parcopa has become my wake up meds... Good luck... Im in the US and medicare is covering the pills at 80%

my neuro mentioned it yesterday, but he doesn't think Medicare pays for it and it's very expensive. I will check on it. SO I just put a sinemet under my tongue in a pinch and I'm usually 'good' in 20 minutes.
