Thanks for all the support to ate. I'm now at a computer that is not in a high heat environment. I has been tough staying in an ac hotel room but I have walked the room in circles everyday for 30 minutes.
The wedding is this PM and I am hoping for cool coastal breeze... it is on the beach. Four days left to go.

I was wondering about you!! Hopeing things were going well for you!! Sounds like you are getting cabin fever..... Are you alone or is family with you when you are in the hotel room? I hope they are with you and trying to make it easier on you. The walking is good exercise!!! Don't they have A/C in the halls? guess not huh? You could walk the halls if they did. How about a dining area with AC then you could people watch!! I love to people watch!! Sometimes you see some really funny things people do!! LOL!! Any way hope the wedding night is cool and breezy!!! Hope you have a good time too!! Stay strong!! You can do four more days!!
Hope the ceremony went OK. Your family may seem (although I hope not) to take your presence for granted - but the principal beneficiary for your efforts should be you - just look what you overcame. You defeated dread, fought off fear. pushed aside panic and most of all prevented Parkies from having control - so well done, Your story will inspire many of us. I hope, most of all that you were able to enjoy the occasion and have some happy memories.
Once again thanks to all. I'm finally at a hotel that has AC throughout. It's been so oppressively hot that I've not sat at a computer. AC only in rooms even in classy beach properties.
The wedding was on the beach and 45 minutes late... very little air moving. The reception was outdoors and I missed it. Just exhausted. But I did it! Family was supportive and proud of me. I'm proud of me but wish I was tougher. I just don't have coping skills anymore. Everyone's encouragement means so much.
