I had that problem before we got my meds right for me.

Worth checking up with GP/Neurologist, so many drugs can interact and maybe need reviewing. Good luck

My husband has both PD and dementia and is experiencing the same thing. He sits down in his chair and immediately falls asleep. He likes to get out and do things but tires very easily after a short while and needs to sleep some more. The dr. keeps changing his meds but doesn't seem to be able to find the right combination to make the tiredness go away. If you find a good solution, let me know. Good luck.

Thankyou Raven. It is nice to speak with someone who is walking in my shoes. Due to the dementia I find it hard to carry on a conversation as he just can't get words out - or remember anything much anymore. However with the p.d. it is his movements which is affected the most - especially trying to get into bed, and once there he cannot turn over. So we have just started acupuncture to see if that will help. Will let you know if there is any positive signs.
