Thanks. In Spain I contact with a company that used the Virtual Reality to fight pain. they develop a software to treat Parkinson patient.Look very interesting.

I use VR (Sabre, boxing) at home as part of my exercise routine and would recommend it. It is fun and makes exercising more enjoyable.

I use a Meta Quest 2 and try to do Les Mills Body Combat kickboxing every other day. Fun to do and helps loosen my muscles!
