Execise

I decided

to take an

aerobics class.

I bent,

twisted,

gyrated

and

jumped up and down

for an hour.

But, by the time

I got my leotard on,

the class was over.

It's hard getting used to - taking so long to get dressed. Tends to make me late.

I did a pushup today! I fell off the crapper and pushed myself up. Exercise done! Ha!

You know just how it is and made me smile so thank you. You will understand why I gave up my gym membership better than I did at the time. I just knew there were not enough hours in my day and- as for minutes in an hour -well maybe Old Father Time made some big changes but forgot to let me know!
