I’ve been using Rytary 145 mg with 1 25/100 , I take Em release first, then 2 hours later the Rytary, it would give me about two hours- 3 on time and then another 25/100 and then in 2 hours 145 Rytary. It was working pretty well and then I started getting to much dyskinesia, so I backed off a bit and lowered the Rytary to 95 mg with 1 25/100 EM but didn’t give me more on time. Now I just took one 145 mg Rytary at 4:00 pm plus one Inbrija 42 mg to get me going, going good had dinner at 5:00 , homemade spicy baked beans with bacon, cornbread and some newmans cookies, took a quick nap woke up at 6:35 with tremors very fast and my legs felt weak, so I took EM 25/100 1 and half and one 42 mg Inbrija , I’ll take 1 and half sometimes if I ate 1 doesn’t seem to be enough when I eat. Now it’s 8 pm and I’m good can walk and no tremors. It seems to me the Rytary seems to make my tremors faster, does this happen to anyone else?

C/l will cause me to have tremors and intensifies them shortly after taking a dose. Then it's he'll for 30-60 min waiting for stillness. Sorry I'm no help. Just thought I'd let you know i can relate and you are not alone. Wishing you the best in your battles.

The timing of what you are experiencing suggests that it is dyskinesia rather than tremor. Important to get this right because your neurologist will respond differently depending on which it is. Can you describe what is happening in more detail?

They are my usual full body tremors. Uncontrollable. Rooted from the spine and spread to the 4 limbs and neck. Picture a dolphin doing the trick where it swims backwards above the water. I literally look like a fish out of water.

That is dyskinesia, Due to high peak level of levodopa. Try an extended release formulation instead of immediate release. Further detail here: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

is your doctor an MDS or a Neurologist with good experience in Parkinson’s disease? Rytary did not work for me. But my primary symptom is dystonia in my feet hip and shoulder.
