Thank you. That is so interesting. I have been looking for methods to transfer from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. Maybe you can explain why I sometimes still the shakes by putting my hands behind my head while lying in bed? It's like an electric circuit breaker.

That's so interesting. I have terrible gait, freezing and balance. I just have discovered in the last month or so, that whenever I clasp my hands behind my head while I'm standing, it definitely helps me take my steps.

Can anyone report on trying the tapping or stroking 70 times a minute and ignoring it? Not as easy as it sounds. Excitement at a potential breakthrough evokes the sympathetic nervous system!

I always tell my husband to try tapping and he always tells me "uh it's a little hard, it's all I can do to try and stand up straight and walk and not fall"So he won't even try tapping... This watch would be amazing not to even think about doing it, just something to do it for you.. Praying it comes to the US

I understand your husband. I have dyskinesia when I’m Off and it’s not easy to find the stability and strength to tap consistently AND ignore it. However, on the occasions that I have managed it, my ‘disco’, as Mr. Beech calls dyskinesia , was noticeably milder within seconds and even came to a stop sooner than usual. I’m hoping that the Beech Band will calm my disco even more in a reliable way.

I have AddressPal from An Post ( irish post) but my way around this is either this or Parcel Motel. They have an address in the country of purchase and for a small fee they post it to yo. I did manage to pre order. Ill let you now the results.

I just mean that one of the things Beech suggested is that if you have a friend in the UK, they could receive it and post it to you.
