The pulses of light and sound, delivered at a frequency of 40 per second, or 40 hertz, jumpstarted the mice’s neurons to fire electrical signals in time with the pulses—and subsequently reduced the number of amyloid plaques and tau protein tangles in their brains, two hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl....

This file lasts for 50 minutes. I listen every night before bed with bone conduction headphones (they don't cover my ears and I can watch TV while pulsing my brain).
250 HZ pulsed at 40 HZ (Gamma). I chose 250 HZ because I think that is the frequency of the Tass gloves. Here is the file: 250hz pulsed at 40hz Isochronic.mp3 drive.google.com/file/d/14X...

1: I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (Diagnosed April 2021) and I had a few PD symptoms at that time also. In the last 3 years my RBD has improved greatly (episodes are rare and mild) and most of my other symptoms have mostly faded also.
2: I do a lot of things. I don't know what is helping. I think the diet, the curcumin, the NA, the berberine, and the brainwave entrainment are the most important, but who knows. This is my stack: rbd-pd-protocols.blogspot.c...
