it is not easy to find information but here is some for what it is worth:

"Stem Cell Technology has been approved by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as regenerative medicine treatment for parkinson's Disease at Shinjuku Clinic in Tokyo, Japan.

This is the first case in which a treatment for Parkinson’s disease has been approved using administration of Intravenous and intrathecal route with autologous adipose-derived stem cells.

Biostar Stem Cell Research Institute has over 20 years of clinical practice in stem cell culture technology.

The patented technology worldwide consists of cultivating stem cells to be younger and smaller in size suitable for intravenous administration, improving the homing effect of stem cells and cancer inhibition.

When stem cells are administered intrathecally along with intravenous administration, more stem sells can migrate to the brain lesion area and increase regenerative action, thereby increasing the treatment effect.

From above thread, a HU member said:"I inquired about this in September 2023, and they stated that a patient needs to receive 10 treatments over a period of 5 months (one treatment every 2 weeks).

The cost would be $15,000 USD every treatment totalling $150,000 USD after 10 treatments.

If this treatment is above board, then 10 treatments should show benefits over and above any other clinics who are offering stem cell treatment. Reason being multiple studies have shown that continued treatment in a 12 month period has better sustained improvements with neuroloigcal disorders."

This sounds a lot like the Hope Biosciences method. There are several folks on HU who are currently in their trial. Would love to hear from them.
