I bet you are and so well deserved. I ve read your book and it wowed me reading about all that you faced in your young life, and the power of running and how it motivated you.
We stick to walking as fast as we can but it landed me in A&E last week as I tripped on tree roots and fell spectacularly on my wrist. Fortunately not broken.
