yes, i take an extra pill 1/2 hr before exercising.

My husbands PD nurse said that it’s an art more than a science deciding when to increase medication.We made a long haul flight last year and she suggested upping his Sinemet dose by half a tablet before and after the flight.It seems£ to help him cope.

yes. I add 1/2 or more immediate release to my cr dosage for anticipated needs. Per neurologist advice

Yes. I actually plan my day and dosages in the morning according to what I need to do that day.
