Drug therapies in clinical trials 2024 update

It is encouraging that more research is being done but understandable that even doctors and neurologists have a hard time staying current on the research in the field. I appreciate seeing some of the articles such as those in Parkinson's News Today giving the details on current clinical trials and the outcomes of the phase 1 trials and whether there will be further research
I was trying to get a high res copy because I did not see Selnoflast in there under either of the Phase 1 segments or NodThera's NT-0796. These are the NLRP3 inhibitors of chronic inflammation. These seem to be VERY applicable to my situation as my comorbidities are all linked to similar inflammatory processes. When I went to the linked site I get the Cloud Flare error!🤣
no mention of Buntanetap? It’s already completed some phase 3 trials it Is seeking FDA approval this October for Parkinson’s. Probably the most promising drug going
