I have no idea why 00Mark is not sure about the credibility of the Epoch Times but I also would have concerns about its credibility. Without straying into the politics of the matter I would suggest doing a search such as "is Epoch Times a reliable source on health articles". that said there are other sources that suggest benefit from NAD+ such as this:
