Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies

I am looking into the Solfeggio Frequencies as healing music.

I could find only one post on HU

healthunlocked.com/cure-par....

I know Bolt_Upright has been working tirelessly on binaural beats...

I am particularly interested in all 9 Solfeggio Frequencies vs specific 396 Hz, 432 Hz and 528 Hz.

Also how to check if the videos on YouTube actually resonate at the specific frequency?

Any inputs or experiences appreciated... 🙏

I subscribe to a sound wave healing program based on studies conducted by NASA. I have found it tremendously healing for me. Reduction in anxiety, better sleep, more grounded. Unsure of exact Brain cell benefits for myself but after about 8 months of using I will not go a day without. Only 12 minutes a day. It's not Solfeggio nor Binaural. You can find out more here evolutioner.com

in 2008, I tried "brain music therapy" For insomnia. Developed by a Russian researcher, they take an EEG, And based on an algorithm derived from a database of EEG material, translate into piano music a corrective melody you listen to on CD. It helped me. I just looked it up and they are still around and have branched out.

I studied ancient Greek and am interested in what the Greeks called modes, particular scales associated with particular states of being. Somewhat like Indian ragas. Plato goes on at length about those he thought should be tossed out of the Republic, along with poets... I have used modal, meditationand raga chanting CDs that have helped with focus, sleep, depression, peace

also have used for more than 10 years a set of CDs based on brainwave binaural. Happy to give information and links if anybody's interested. Can only use dictation and have to limit computer time

I'm going to try the NASA program listed below
