New Binaural Beats: Fifty Spiritual Homilies - St Macarius the Egyptian - Gamma

Do Binaural Beats help with PD? Do they aid in brain plasticity? I don't know. I like using them. They are free and who knows?

I have added a new set of Binaural Beats. All of my Binaural Beats are 40 HZ now. This set has 380 HZ on one ear and 420 HS on the other. As always, I have a public domain book in the middle

I don't know what the best frequencies are to use, so I am using different base frequencies on different sets.

If you wear headphones, they are binaural beats, if you play them on speakers, they are monaural beats.

I just have them going all night very quietly. I only have 2. One at 8 hrs and 1 at 9 hrs. I certainly sleep much better when they are on.

Very cool. I don't want to disturb my wife with them playing while we sleep, but sometimes in the summer I will sleep on the futon on the porch and listen to them all night on a speaker. I try to listen to them on headphones for 50 minutes (most of my files are 50 minutes long) when I get up every day. I listen along with my bright light therapy.

Mine are very relaxing, a bit like sleeping to classical music. They certainly don't intrude.

hi Bolt! I have often tried to listen to your binaural beats, but it just won’t work on my iPhone. I link to Google Drive and then hit play and nothing comes out. Do you think I need the Google Drive app in order for it to work?

I am a dinosaur. I just download the files to my PC and then move them to devices via USB.

That link takes you to a folder on my Google Drive. So you need to select the file also.

If it were me, I would download the files using my laptop. If anybody knows how to play files from Google Drive using an i-Phone, please chime in.

I don't think Apple devices allow download from anywhere that isn't also Apple. So unless bolt can magic it onto iTunes....😔

I don’t have headphones but i do wear hearing aids that have Bluetooth. Will those work the same?

If the hearing aids are stereo I would think they would work for listening to binaural beats.
