Dosage of L-Dopa...

Does anyone take more than 200mg as an individual dose? If so how long between doses?

I'll take (4) c/l 25/100 in the morning to rid my dystonia and remove the possibility of full body tremors without any dyskinesia and it usually only lasts 2.5-3 hrs.

That's when all h*ll breaks loose and I take 1-2 c/l every 1.5 hours. I try to stretch the timing out as much as possible but my wearing off dyskinesia, tremors, or dystonia starts
