Of the four, the dizziness is the most troubling and disabling. But I don't hear it talked about very much. Do you have any suggestions or thoughts on how to deal with dizziness? I don't think it is a blood pressure issue. My bp is quite normal, usually around 125/75. I get dizzy every day around mid-morning and it lingers until the early afternoon. I never have it in the evenings or night.

For a long time I felt I didn't have PD. But the doc's put me on Sinemet, the gold-standard standard treatment for PD. Maybe I had mild symptoms, maybe not. Ultimately I had the DAT scan which says I have PD. But I don't have dizziness or bradykinesia or FOG. I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I've had tremor at least 8 years.
Check you blood pressure mine went way low So we adjust my BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS and good to go. PD messes with the nerves so check it's not to low. I run a little higher now and fussiness is gone.
Mine has been much better since my neurologist suggested taking blood pressure medication in the evening rather than the morning and consciously increasing my water intake.
I get dizziness in the daily cycle with the sinenet. 4 times a day. So I know I either need to have something to eat or I need my sinemet dose. 10 minutes later feel better again.
I’ve had a similar issue. I take C/L 7:45 and around 9:00 will feel faint. It’s not every day, but will always be the same time if it’s going to happen. 🤷🏼♀️
Pressing the accupressure point for dizziness helped my husband. It's under the nose, the dented bit above top lip. If you press there and breathe deeply it restores equilibrium and balance.
Exercise helps with dizziness. If I don't exercise for a few days, my brain fog and dizziness comes back. Seems odd that exercise solve the dizziness problem, but it works for me. Worth trying. I do running for 3-4 days a week for 6-7 KM.
You might have Orthostatic Hypotension. To find out check your blood pressure sitting. And then check it within 3 minutes while standing. If it drops significantly you probably have OH. From what I hear, it’s very common in PWP. I take fludrocortisone which helps with the dizzy spells.
