Noninvasive deep brain stimulation shows promise for Parkinson’s. Is it an advanced form of CUE1?

Stimvia’s URIS device uses electrodes placed near the peroneal nerve in the lower leg to modulate electrical activity that stimulates specific nerve pathways in the brain.

It functions as a noninvasive alternative for DBS to modulate the activity of specific brain nerve pathways. A built-in monitoring system lets doctors monitor the brain’s response to the stimuli, adjusting the neurostimulation as needed.

Its a really impressive development!!

Thank you for sharing, it seems more similar to Pemf than CUE1. In an case, it's still a question of electrical transcutaneous nerve modulation. Dottor Peter Tass set a precedent.

I wish everything would stop being called an "add on". Why can't they try it without having people also be on meds?

Does anyone know of a way to keep an eye on when the next phase begins? I'm hoping they will include folks who have not yet begun meds.
