My current usage of C/L

I take 1 25/100 and 2 rytary(48.75/195) at 8am, 3 rytary at 11am, 2 rytary at 2pm and 2 rytary at 5pm. I have very little off time. I was diagnosed two years ago at age 51 but it probably had Parkinson’s since I’ve been 40 years old. I was curious if I could get your opinion on if you guys think this is too much medication at this point thanks. Also take Amantadine at 8am 12noon and 4pm.

I’m 40; diagnosed 12 years ago. I get 25/100 pill- break it in two and take 10-12 half pills throughout the day every 2 hrs . Off time is there but I manage with 0.25 mg ropinorole sos.

There’s no fixed dose for c/l; depends on what works but over time, the cmax and T max both decreases. I don’t get the same energy I used to get 5 years ago when I started. Dystonia is there for both low n high doses. My advice-

See if you can manage with one pill less n take it from there. Take it with lemon water.

Few other considerations- Do you take anything post 5 pm? Are you actively employed? Are you able to sleep well and exercise?

I still work 40 to 50 hours a week. I exercise 5 to 6 times a week with weight training and cardio. My sleep could be better but it’s not bad. I get 5 to 6 hours uninterrupted. I take nothing after 5 PM. It’s like my symptoms go 90% away at night time.

If it’s working it’s not too much, IMO.
