We are using the Fir sauna blanket, but only a couple times a week. Seems like the mice lived on this thing! Anyway, the only effect I’ve noticed for sure is he started sweating again, a good thing I think.

I don't have an infared blanket but I do have a cedar infared sauna. It's from Sunray Saunas.I notice a significant difference for the better when I use it. I have less shaking and feel really good after I use it.
