Interesting. : Quite a good list to be... - Cure Parkinson's
Interesting.

The article mentions several B-vitamins that are thought to help. My neuro recommends B2 and B6. The article mentions Vitamin D but says it helps prevent fractures, without helping PD itself.
If a vit D is supplemented orally, one should be aware that Mg and K2 must be in sufficient supply as both are important cofactors in the creation of calcitonin for the bone. Remember, K2 behaves as a director ensuring the calcitonin goes to bone formation. Otherwise it may well be deposited arterially
When we expand the CoQ10 box, it concludes saying, "... it remains uncertain whether people with Parkinson's disease should take CoQ10."
I notice this article was last updated in 2015…lots more supplement info over the last8 years.
Where is B1?
Extract of Mucuna prurient (HP-200) was referenced, What are spec's for HP-200? One source says HP-200 contains "Mucuna pruriens endocarp*". pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/150...
*Endocarp (from Greek: endo-, "inside" + -carp, "fruit") is a botanical term for the inside layer of the pericarp (or fruit), which directly surrounds the seeds. It may be membranous as in citrus where it is the only part consumed, or thick and hard as in the pyrenas of drupe fruits of the family Rosaceae such as peaches, cherries, plums, and apricots. In nuts, it is the stony layer that surrounds the kernel of pecans, walnuts, etc., and that is removed before consumption. In citrus fruits, the endocarp is separated into sections, which are called segments. These segments are filled with juice vesicles, which contain the juice of the fruit. (I am not sure of the anatomy of a mucuna bean [I assume just not the hairy hull], but still standardized to what?).
And this article says patients (I assume not rats). liebertpub.com/doi/10.1089/...
And the sources don't say if any Carbidopa is in the Levodopa.
