Surrendering to Parkinson's is not "throwing in the towel" it is "changing it for a new one."

Probably if you are affected by PD it is because you have always lived trying to achieve something that did not reach you. You moved forward in fits and starts. Everything seemed to be going well until you observed an obstacle that stood in your way, plunging your body into a nest of pure stress, a constant vicious cumulative cycle of thoughts, perceptions, and defensive responses to an illusory threat created by your mind since childhood. and fed by belief systems, projections of future fears, education, syndromes and unconscious contracts, profile of your genes, environment, etc. That "not being able to reach" told your nervous system "your limbs are useless to reach what you want" and mysteriously, one day, your finger started to tremble. This was the signal for the "workers" of your dopamine factory to go "on strike" because they "couldn't" handle the volume of situations that your mental scheme was sending them to solve.

The biological meaning of the beginning of this "de-generation" is to provide clues for an endogenous "re-generation" to occur. The PD comes to tell us how to heal and the first step is "surrender" seen as a 100% change in our mental paradigm, putting all our perceptual mechanisms and automatic responses to stimuli on "curfew."

What happens in our body is a pure expression of higher order information that is configured by our obsolete belief system. Turning this system around to offer the possibility of starting the "re-generation" (the one that is crying out for the first symptom) means "changing the towel of surrender for a new one." It invites us to rewrite the parameters of thought, perception and projection towards a model of positive vision that convinces that "broken subconscious" that "there are practically no threats anymore" and that therefore we can recover the activity of our dopaminergic neurons.

Discovering what changes we must establish so that, taking advantage of the neuroplasticity that exists in our brain as a potential, what the majority denies is possible, that is true and active surrender. A surrender that does not deny the difficulties but that knows that the medicine (without curing) is what it is, a support for a much more important task: "stop being who you thought you were, keep yourself in a state of "presence", project only the future reality that you want to live and trust...so that resources progressively appear in your life.

Hi ManuCalma

Can you advise where to get more information on this topic or where you can get support or therapy in this field. I think I would find it hard to just change my thought patterns without guidance.
