Oh cool. Thanks for sharing. I will check it out. Are you still doing it? Do you feel it has significant impact on your progression or even reversing some symptoms?

Oh yes I definitely continue my practice. I have enjoyed improvement as set forth in my post.

How many times in a week do you take the classes?

Ìve been doing once a week for an hour for a few years.I've tried 3 teachers. One was a complete fraud. The other 2 were good.

My current teacher splits the class into 3 sections:

1. Warm up exercises and standing meditation

2. The 'Short Form'. This is a series of joined up movements. Most people take a long time to learn. And many instructors don't teach it.

3. QI Gong. 17 to 18 unconnected movements.

1 and 3 above can be learned much more quickly. Also after a while you can start practising at home.

Its not high intensity but it's chilled and helps keep me looser than I would be.

Thanks. I thought only aerobic exercises help with PD symptoms. Good to know about Qigong benefits.
