Qi Gong / Taichi can help with PD!

Ì do a class in the UK. It definitely helps my stiffness and balance.
How many times in a week do you take the classes?
Ìve been doing once a week for an hour for a few years.I've tried 3 teachers. One was a complete fraud. The other 2 were good.
My current teacher splits the class into 3 sections:
1. Warm up exercises and standing meditation
2. The 'Short Form'. This is a series of joined up movements. Most people take a long time to learn. And many instructors don't teach it.
3. QI Gong. 17 to 18 unconnected movements.
1 and 3 above can be learned much more quickly. Also after a while you can start practising at home.
Its not high intensity but it's chilled and helps keep me looser than I would be.
My MDS neurologist prescribed meds, exercise, PT, Tai Chi, and dancing.
