Qi Gong training with Master Lee Holden

Qi Gong training is an important part of my exercise regimen. I generally practice 40 minutes in the morning on wake-up and 40 minutes in the evening before bedtime. And sometimes during the day as well.

Lately I’ve been doing routines online led by Master Lee Holden. I find them to be excellent training, easy to follow along with, and fun.

Master Lee is offering a 5-Day Qi Gong Challenge which starts today. It’s totally free, and it’ll only take us 20 minutes a day! I have joined, and I invite you to do it with me. Check it out: qigo.ng/qi.

we did this for many months a few years ago. Hubby won’t do it now as he finds the repetitive slapping too hard

Thank you very much for the post. Qigong is also part of my daily routine (Golden Ball and diaphragm exercises). It is definitely worth trying.

I was inspired by Park Bear post and his experience , and have been doing Qi Gong for the past 18 months as part of my morning and evening exercise, along with high intensity and running and have found it hugely beneficial a movement disorder requires a movement response
