Thank you for the link. Anything that can help relieve, reduce or eliminate pain without the heavt opiods that are preacribed are worth a good look

Here is the link if you didn’t see it. I just listened to it and it was very good. Lots in it for free and of course the plan you can buy if you want to go further which is discounted heavily for a few days.

The basic idea is pain is telling your body something is wrong, painkillers are like a Band-Aid and studies have proven them not to work long term.

The key to fixing the pain is more often to work on posture and in many cases getting your head and neck in alignment how they are meant to be by doing neck exercises (chin to shoulder exercises). He recommends once an hour. See his technique for details. This often fixes pain all down the back including lower back pain.

Important point is kinetic flow which is getting the body moving and not spending much time being still. Rest and drugs are the worst things for most pain.

Worth a listen as I think the theory may also help for PD.
