A really good (free) way to improve your walking is to play rhythmic music while walking. This has been shown to improve walking dramatically.

I use the Naboso neuro insoles...they work activating the feet/ brain connection. My knees,feet and posture seem to be working better...a bit een expensive but not crazy prices...
