Does anyone know Laurie’s thoughts on Keto diet? (or at least low carb) I’ve been investigating work of Dr Matthew Phillips (neuro in NZ) I’d be interested to know her opinion which I very much respect.

I’ve been a patient of “LKM” for three years and it’s never come up as a strategy I could adopt but she will have a view on it. You could ask her at the online event put on by NoSilverBullet. I think it’s on the 15th of this month.
My husband started a strict keto diet and added in 3 teaspoons of mct oil and b complex vitamins and it has done him wonders.

Oh, and he was diagnosed with parkinson's about 7 years ago. Tremors, pain, slowness is all reduced significantly
I am also a patient of hers. I believe she thinks keto helps but difficult to maintain. She proposes intermittent fasting instead which can offer similar benefits. The longer you fast the better but minimum 12 hours.
