Great information. Can you detail the supplements that you take for PD?

I don’t have a formal diagnosis. 10 years ago I lost the ability to swallow solid food and have been on liquid diet and I still have to concentrate to get liquids down. I have tremors at times and neuropathy and some paralysis on and off. I try to support neurotransmitters and neurons and support my myelin repair. I take and have tried numerous things. My main focus is b-complex, herbs to increase acetylcholine and dopamine, essential fats to repair myelin, Vitamin D, medicinal mushrooms etc etc. There are so many other people who could give you more in depth advice about what to take, I post anything I feel could be helpful and share my experiences, I’m glad you found the article helpful
