I saw a coffee creamer by rising Tide that had lions mane in it. I asked my neurologist if it was OK to take it while I’m on cinema. He said he had no knowledge of the product meaning the mushroom. So I was wondering if any of you know if there are any drug interactions between the two. Thank you.
Lions mane and sinemet: I saw a coffee... - Cure Parkinson's
Lions mane and sinemet
I take Rytary and lion’s main everyday for the past year. I’m chillin.
I would like to know more about lion's mane too, it's really hard to find anything solid.
The coffee creamer listed 5 ingredients. The acacia powder ingredient is popular, butmy husband doesn't do well with some of the gums like acacia (gum arabic). The one he ate inadvertently lately was carrageenen. He suffered swollen ankles the next day. This lasted several weeks.
The other thing to consider is that acacia can interfere with absorption of some meds. You might want to use it 4 hours away. Also, I've read about allergic reactions in people using meds for respiratory disease as it can trigger allergic reaction.
I take lion’s mane without issue. Why not just try a plain supplement rather than the creamer?
Good question. How much do you take?
