Best place to buy Adenosylcobalamin for injection UK

Does anyone know the best place to buy Adenosylcobalamin for injection in the UK or Germany?

I am currently giving my husband, who has early stage PD, injections of Hydroxycobalamin and he's taking folate as well as other B vits. He's been having the injections alternate days for a couple of months but has not had any improvment with his balance or heavy feeling in his legs.

He has anisocytosis, a form of anaemia with low Haemoglobin, low hematocrit, low RBC count, low platelets and low lymphocytes. Because his B12 was above normal on blood tests as he was taking it sublingually prior to the injections the docs don't want to do anything about the blood issue.

I want to see if his symptoms may be better on adenosyl.
