there will be no motivation to find a cure (to grow back dopamine neurons), after we this batch all die, there will be no more PD in the world, is that possible?

As I have two sons, I'm all for prevention.

to have a vaccine that prevents PD we would have to know the cause of PD. The vaccines they are currently working on do not prevent PD but treat it only.

It sounds like most of the vaccinations are directed against alpha synuclein aggregation

"People with PD have protein deposits in their brain (Lewy bodies) which are composed of accumulated α-synuclein. Preventing alpha-synuclein aggregation and dissolving pre-formed aggregates (or clumps) may be an effective strategy for treating PD."

The number of people being diagnosed with PD is increasing worldwide and at younger ages unfortunately.
