I’m focusing on reducing stress. I’ve found light reading with positive content in the evening, to be helpful.
I’d love for us to share here what we’ve found in the way of light but engaging books and television, without violence or too much darkness (i.e., mostly light, funny, spiritually uplifting, hopeful, etc.).
I’ve read the entire series of “The Dalai Lama’s Cat”, and “Breakfast with Buddha”. I loved them both, highly recommend for light engaging reading with useful and positive content, and haven’t found others yet.
