I agree, now I will pay more attention to who sponsors studies. I think studies on nutraceuticals and supplements are less contaminated by Big Pharma. US pushes drugs not lifestyle changes ; however my sister is a NP and will say patients are usually told about lifestyle changes and sometimes she pleasantly surprised when patients reduces A1C via diets exercise, but exception not the rule
