I bought this over 10 years ago to help relieve my back pains.

I never dreamed I'd be using it to help fight PD and .... constipation!

Welcome! and remember to drink LOTS and LOTS of water and exercise also helps and eat LOTS of fiber. "A can of beans" has become my best new friend ... 20 grams of FIBER in just one can! That's 2/3rds of daily requirement for 'fiber' for men.

What helps me with constipation is Swimming free-style. If I haven't had a good bowl movement, after several 100yds, I have to run to the toilet to clear out. I was told by my PT the same affect can occur if you lie upside down with a 4-5" ball under the abdomen and message. The former, swimming is more effective for me.

What setting and how long? It's also supposed to be good for osteoporosis. Do you know anything about that? How do you know what setting to use? Thanks for your help.

you just have to play with the various settings that you like.... mine has several built-in programs... i use one of those... and sometimes i just play with the 'speed' (from 0 to 60) and there are two motors... each one has a different 'feeling' ... as far as osteoporosis ... i haven't researched that in conjunction with the vibration plate... it's about the fastest and easiest therapy device with the most immediate effect that i own (and i have a home sauna, high-end massage chair, several smaller massage devices, various exercise equipment etc... 4 or 5 times the last 18 months i had EXCRUCIATING leg cramps in bed that i could barely get to my vibration plate machine in the next room... Once I stood on it... 1 ten minute session -- CURED! ... best of luck!

Hello everyone, I recently began having a good size bowl of air-popped in the microwave popcorn a few hours following dinner and I’m now pooping like a champ daily…I was previously drinking a glass of prune juice with a teaspoon of Metamucil before bed, it worked but not consistently.

Since beginning the daily popcorn routine , now called “poopcorn”, my constipation is now a thing of the past.

I use a little of the Land O Lakes olive oil/sea salt butter and season with sea salt and pepper.

I use this one from Amazon

Ecolution Patented Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper with Temperature Safe Glass, 3-in-1 Lid Measures Kernels and Melts Butter, Made Without BPA, Dishwasher Safe, 1.5-Quart, Red
