Are any f you using it? My neurologidt prescribed it to me (50mg.) to take in combination with levodopa. Its function should be to neutralize those enzymes that degrade levodopa so as to make "on" effect more lasting. It only worked for me a few months.

Exactly. I haven't found any posts highlighting a clear benefit of Xadago. The cost is absurd and in my opinion absolutely unjustified.
