My husband is presently taking Sinemet (plus loads of supplements) and I was thinking about purchasing EGCG green tea extract but think I may see if I can obtain Xadago here in the UK instead, so would also be keen to get feedback from others who may already be using it.

Gwennie1 looks as though you can purchase it here goldpharma.com/search/xadag... but it's expensive. Alternatively, you could wait and see if, like pen1 your PD nurse/neuro will prescribe it on the NHS as mentioned in the above thread referred to by Bailey_Texas
