Hi. I am wondering how many of you have leg muscle cramps? I have it down the back of my legs starting at my butt. What do you do to help with this? Thank you

magnesium helps me. Not sure where you live (I am in Colórado) but bought expensive mg++ at first then found Costco had magnesium, zinc, and calcium all in one horse pill. Big jar. Works. (Both mg++ and Ca++ ate membrane stabilizers), a lot of people are selling magnesium now.

I’m catching up on my mail. Are you taking Rytary? Just yesterday 2 people at the gym told me they we’re having bad muscle cramps and they both recently started taking Rytary.

I tried rytary and that made me feel like I wanted to jump out of my skin, constipated and couldn't breathe. When I got off it and back to carbidopa Levodopa it made me have the shakes and feel like I was loosing my mind. Do not recommend this medicine at all

Gentle stretching and a muscle relaxant. I take Flexril. Baclofen is another one.
