I have received the Viraball I ordered from Amazon and found that the user guide is missing. Can someone share a screenshot of the user guide? Your help is greatly appreciated! Laura

My user guide is buried in a stack of paper somewhere, but I can explain how to use it. It has a USB cord to charge the battery. Red LEDs will flash until the battery is charged. To use it push the black flexible button on top. You can select from three speeds by successive pushes. Hold it in the affected hand or hands until the vibration stops, which will take 10 minutes. The effect is supposed to last for four hours.

thank you park_bear. I will follow your instructions and give it a try. Mine came in a box with only the Viraball in it, there isn’t any paper in the box lol

I will not be using amazon anymore as of the last package they tried and failed to deliver a few weeks ago. They still tried to demand that I pay for it, and wanted me to fill out a police report (no small feat here in NYC). And the kicker is that they didn't have a photo of their delivered package either. It was a nightmare, and a huge time suck leading to a TON of unnecessary stress. No more Amazon for me thanks.

you might want to consider this type of massager -- i have two in my bed... and i go to sleep on my back, i rest one hand/arm on each one.... feels wonderful! and for 'me' --- (plus a million other things I do to fight my early stage PD) --- seems to reduce my PD hand/arm tremors... (and I'm not on any meds). -- best of luck to you!

This would work in a similar way to the viraball – the application of vibration for a while seems to reduce tremor for some hours.

p.s. you can find that same massager on eBay for about $30 less!
