After my last post, quite a few on the site asked me about my supplement stack, so here it is!

Morning;

Vit C- 2000 mg

MAG+ - 600mg

D3- 5000iu

Ceylon Cinnamon- 600mg

Zinc Picolinate- 30mg

Astaxanthin- 5mg

B1- 250mg

Ajuga Turkest Extract- 500mg

Lunch;

Multivitamin

Ceylon Cinnamon- 600mg

Potassium- 99mg

Vit E- 400iu

Ajuga Turkest Extract- 500mg

That's it! Sorry for the delay in posting, but had been out of town.

Thanks again to everyone on the site for sharing everything we are dealing with, it's my go-to read first thing in the morning.😀

I take vitamin c 2 times a day to bowel tolerance, it's a great overall vitamin that helps your body in a huuuge way, to help the body repair itself. I can fart a house down admittedly some days but golly it's worth doing.
