A small pilot study found imbibing water with dissolved hydrogen was beneficial: hydroqum.com/upload/201707/...
However a large follow-up study failed. Text is behind pay wall. Study title and authors only at link: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/302... "There were no significant differences in the change in the total UPDRS score from baseline to the 72nd week between the H2-water group ... and the placebo water group ... There were no significant differences in changes in the scores on parts II and III of the UPDRS, the individual parts of the UPDRS, the Hoehn and Yahr stage, and the Parkinson’s Disease Questionnaire-39 score between the 2 groups."
This study found no effect from inhaling low-dose hydrogen gas: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
HI, we use Hydrogen water from pill form, I purchase Dr Mercola's brand. We don't do it every day, but I do think it has merit. Also, look up the book, One Minute Cure using H2O2 food grade 35% - its a very compelling book. I have not tried it yet, as we are doing other therapies and I don' want to throw too much on at one time. Good luck, please post bak if you decide to try it!
I’ll admit I haven’t read the book, but I am a microbiologist who has used 35% H2O2 for various assays. Please wear at least one pair of good gloves (nitrile or similar) until you have diluted it to a safe concentration. I’m also surprised at this because most people on this forum are looking for antioxidants. H2O2 is an oxidant under most conditions, and if it comes in contact with ferrous iron in your mouth or wherever it goes, it gives rise to the hydroxyl radical, which is a very strong oxidant. I would hope that if someone wrote a book about this, safety would be addressed on the first page, but if not, keep reading!
