I’m a new member with a question for the community; I hope I’ll receive some helpful feedback. Can anyone describe the feeling/sensation of very early pill-rolling tremors? Were you able to see movement or was it mostly a feeling at first? I would appreciate those who can take time to reply.

GreenInWinter-gradually I felt the tremor moving toward spill rolling type tremor. It was subtle at first, and others noticed my left hand shaking back and forth, before I did!
I had a visible pill roll when at rest. I'd look down at my hand and my forefinger and thumb were as if they were rolling a pill. Very slow and methodical. I had no feeling or sensation and was totally unaware of it until I would look down and visually see it. I use to think, "oh, that's an interesting tic" - I had not been diagnosed when the pill rolling began (1 year prior to diagnosis).
My tremor is not a pill rolling tremor. The odd time I feel like it is more like that, but the majority of the time it is a shaky tremor. It is well controlled with sinemet
I started with a sensation of weakness and a sort of tingly sensation. First my left pinky finger and arm then frozen shoulder then arm and leg tremor then when not on meds tingly and sort of electric sensation from my spine.... My tremor went from quite obvious on my leg to less obvious...less pain in leg and arm now....but more fatigue and tingly sensations with weather changes. Were all so different. They say is a snowflake disease. I think bodies respond differently in relation to our history...
