Cool, this actually helped. the upper is before exercise and the lower is post-finger exercises. Unlike the OP I never got burning in my forearm. But during the thumb to finger exercise I couldn't keep up with him. I blame that on arthritis in my index and FU fingers. Kevin O'Neall.
Do you mind if I ask, is it treemor or rigidity that influences your handwriting? Are you on or are you off during the writing?For example, I am off now, and I have some level of tremor in my left hand (I am a right hand person). It's quite hard to do the exercises. Then it helps but the rigidity remains
Absolutely no rigidity or freezing, just tremor in my dominant hand and forearm.
These are extremely difficult . Are there any other hand exercises?
