in the past year my (non PD side) foot has turned onto its outwards edge and I cannot bear my weight on it. My tendons and muscles are very tight, and I have been taking anti spasticity meds to no avail. I have lived with PD for 41 years

Club foot
Have you tried botox?
I have had PD for 11 years. About 9 months ago I noticed mild cramping in my toes which, caused them to slightly curl under. I have used Hyland's Leg Cramp ointment for years for my leg camps and it really did help with my leg cramps. When my toes started to cramp and curl I used my cream and it did help. But, now the cramping has gotten worse. Very hard and painful to walk on the front and top of your toes. Putting any weight on my foot causes additional curling and pain. Now it has progressed to the outer edge of my foot if I am having a severe attack. This seems to happen more when it is almost time for my next meds and I am in bed lying on my back. I am sorry I was not able to help more. But, I hope this lets you know you are not alone.
41 years, my goodness that is a very long time. How old were you at diagnosis?
Are you still mobile? (apart from the pain in your foot)
I was 26 when I got initial symptoms and was diagnosed a while later by professor Quinn at Queens Square. I am not mobile because of arthritis and. The foot not because of thePD
14 yrs diagnosed, symptoms 22yrs. This is what my foot does and for a while it was excruciating weight bearing. That has passed thank goodness. I did find an assessment by orthotics and enhanced arch support has helped.
