I’m noticing that the white seems less effective. But it could be me needing more L-Dopa

Thanks...I thought of that, but my older purchases work. I always keep a good supply on hand.. Today I tried both, the new caps and the old caps, exp date 8/23 and the new ones did nothing every time..

In an ideal world it would be nice to think that the manufacturer would have a testing certificate for various components for each batch?

Interesting… our Naturopath is concerned about consistency so I spoke to Barlowe directly and he says he does have certificates available and feels very confident that batches are highly consistent.

We’ve been using the white powder for months now and it’s been fine but recently have had a few oddities. Will continue to track.

You can actually call Barlowe to discuss. Number is on the order info. Please post if anyone learns anything!

I use the Barlowe's Indian Brown capsules. I have noticed some inconsistency between bottles.

I hadn't till now. You see, I let the capsules melt in my mouth for quicker action and I always taste the raw, bitter mucuna plant part. The new brown batch I just got look brown, taste like the white, and don't work. Michael Barlowe assured me there was no change in ingredient, and he would give me a full refund.. I will try another bottle in this batch, but guessing since it's part of the same lot, will be the same.

I've never had any that actually didn't work... just variations in efficacy. I sure hope you can get the problem resolved! Keep us posted, please.

Same - mostly it works but we’re having a little inconsistency lately. Not too bad but once or twice a week a dose isn’t quite as effective. It just doesn’t make sense to me and I almost wonder if it’s just the finicky nature of Parkinson’s. What do you do to counter inconsistencies in effectiveness?

I add a NOW dopa capsule to compensate.
