Yesterday I had a covid shot and a flu shot. Both in my left shoulder. Couldn't sleep due to the pain in my shoulder. All day shaky and cold with a bodyache, headache and neckache. Tried tylenol and when that didn't help I tried ibuprofen. When that didn't help I tried Voltarin gel for the neckache. What rankles the most is my wife got the same injections and was fine all day; No reactions. Right now I wish I was a drinker. Maybe alcohol would dull the pain.

Did you happen to get the Flu shot for over 65? It is high dose - my spouse also had the same reaction 🤗.

Yes had my flu jab on wed felt like crap ever since bo nes ached shivery really cold horrible basically

Some people can handle getting both shots together. My hubby (has PD) had a mild reaction to the flu shot this year. Got very tired and slept long.

As for the Covid booster and shots he got the Pfizer and had no reactions. Not even any pain in his arm. I got the Moderna and had severe pain in my arm and was ill for 3 days.

Common sense...look what happened to people with the Covid Vaxx..he is healthy besides PD..and take supplements to increase immune system...we were born with an immune system...take care of it..

Are you saying if people take vaccines they don't have common sense? And what happened to people with the Covid vaxx?

I kinda doubt whether I have PD; The DAT scan says I do. I have a tremor in my dominant hand. I have lousy handwriting. But that's it for PD signs. No exaggeration of signs from covid; No new signs like stiffness or balance problems.

The flu-like symptoms abated during the night. Mild headache lingering today but otherwise back to normal.

Sheesh, days after the vacc I'm still detoxing. This morning woke dripping sweat. Hours later my t-shirt is still damp. As a kid whenever I got sick with a cold or flu the eventual sweating was my sign of recovery. So hopefully now I'm protected from flu and covid, at least for another year.

Surprised they gave both at the same time - it’s too much for the body to deal with.
