Ive found adding 1 heaping Tablespoon of ground flax seed to my daily overnight oats keeps me running on a normal schedule
thank you very much should you take it with any other vitamins or minerals? How much should you start with? I read the B1 Therapy book but it's hard to decide what the right dosage to start. Thanks for your help
I've been taking mega-doses of B1 per Dr. Constantini's Protocol, and I still have significant problems with constipation. The guy on the video says that B1's the solution, but it ain't - not in my experience, anyway.
this has WORKED 100% to cure my HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE constipation!
I can't say which of these is the best, since I use them all:
1. I bought a situp bench from Amazon (about $100) and I got the one with the adjustable back since I can't do a 'full situp'
2. After I wake up, I always do 2 sets (sometimes 3) of 20 situps. Oftentimes, just from that... I feel the 'urge' ... sometimes not
3. I continue with my weights sitting on the same bench .... 2 sets of 20 reps for triceps;
2 or 3 sets of arm curls -- and remember I am still seated and bending over slightly to curl the dumbbell ... Sometimes this is enough for the 'get up and go!'
4. Many years ago I bought a vibration plate machine (you can get one on Amazon for about $300 -- get the full machine with arm handles)
I discovered a FANTASTIC trick to encourage that 'poop' ...
My machine has '2' motors... with two different vibration feelings... I turn one of them 'off' ...
My machine has a pulsing range between 1 to 60. I set it at just '1' ... the lowest settiing.
Next I stand with BOTH feet TOGETHER on ONE SIDE of the plate (normally, you straddle the plate with one foot equi-distant over the plate).
I press start and the UP and DOWN and UP and DOWN and UP and DOWN and ...etc movement shakes my entire body but especially -- MY STOMACH!
I'm on it for 4 minutes. Many times... I can't do 15 SECONDS before I have to jump off and run to the white throne!
5. I take one tablespoon of cod liver oil daily (I read that this oil coats the intestines and colon to soften the stool
6. I take a tumeric supplement
7, I drink a lot of liquid (green tea and coffee) daily
8. I eat a lot of fiber

I should note that I am doing the O.M.A.D. (one meal a day) diet to heal my gut. As you know, studies have shown there is a direct "gut microbiome link to our brain." So my objective is to heal my gut.
Today is day #447 of O.M.A.D -- all calories eaten within a 2 hour window.

I can HAPPILY say that for months now I have never had a single day of constipation.
Now, I usually go at least once... and often times... two, quality poops a day!
